Program Description/Eligibility:
No purchase necessary. This trade promotion is open only to professionals employed in the field of medical diagnostic research and technology. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter/Prizes:
You are automatically entered into sweepstakes drawings as a registered Aniara member.
A series of random drawings will be made from all registered members. Non-winning entries from any drawing will be carried over into subsequent prize drawings.
No responsibility is assumed by Aniara for lost, late, or misdirected registrations or any computer, online telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible members. Limit one prize per person, per calendar year. Allow 4-6 weeks for prize delivery. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Aniara reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes will be purchased and fulfilled in the country in which the winner resides.

Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions ofAniara, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. If the selected winner is a government (including public education) employee, he/she must provide written authorization of eligibility to receive the prize under applicable gift or ethics rules within 14 days following the date of attempted notification.
Noncompliance within these time periods may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/ prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to Aniara the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print in any other media in connection with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Aniara to use winner's names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Aniara, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won.
