Chromogenic anti-IIa method for measuring homogeneously heparin in plasma (tested diluted 1:25) or in purified systems using a two stage method, in compliance with Pharmacopoieas (USP.EP) and FDA guidelines. Offers a wide measurement range from 0 to 1 IU/mL for plasma, or from 0.002 to 0.04 IU/ml for purified systems and is appropriate for testing unfractionated heparins of low molecular weight heparins for their anti-thrombin activities.  Assay characteristics Kit components Applications Total Assay Time:                                                                 < 3 min.
