Product Description A two-site ELISA method for the measurement of rat PAI-1 antigen (plasminogen-activator-inhibitor 1), on rat plasma or any other biological fluid where rat PAI-1 antigen must be measured. This assay is designed with two Murine monoclonal antibodies, specific for rat PAI-1, the first one for coating the microplate (immunocapture) and the second one, labeled with a Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) marker. Measures all PAI-1 forms, as well as the PAI-1 complexed with tPA.
