Product Description Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of uPA-PAI-1 complexes. Assay designed with a Murine monoclonal antibody specific for uPA for coating, and capturing uPA-PAI-1 complexes, and a Murine monoclonal antibody, specific for PAI-1 and labeled with a Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) marker. The assay only measures uPA complexed with PAI-1.
