- Assay of Platelet Factor 4 by ELISA - ZYMUTEST PF4 (Ref.ARK006A)
- Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of human PF4 (platelet factor 4), on platelet poor human plasma, or any biological sample where PF4 must be measured (Ref. ARK006A)
- Platelet Factor 4 (PF4) is released from platelets upon activation and binds to endothelial cell glycosaminoglycans from where it can be displaced by heparin, then forming heparin-PF4 complexes.
