Specifically developed for use in immunoassay procedures. Chromogenic substrate for alkaline and acid phosphatase assays. Recommended for ELISA procedures. The tablets are formulated from chemicals of analytical quality. This substrate produces a soluble end product which is yellow in color. Can be read spectrophotometrically at 405 nm. The reaction may be stopped with 3 M NaOH and read at 405 nm. One tablet contains 5 mg of pNPP. Tablets, Diameter: 4 mm. Stable for 3 years.
