Specifically developed for use in immunological and microbiological laboratories. The tablets are formulated from chemicals of analytical quality. One tablet dissolved in 100 ml of deionized water yields 0.01 M Phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 25° C, 0.0027 M KCl, 0.14 M NaCl. Tablets. Stable for 3 years. Store at room temperature. Drop a magnetic stir bar in a laboratory bottle or a beaker and put it on the magnetic stirrer. Dissolve one tablet in 100 ml of deionized water. After a couple of minutes the solution is ready for use.
