Suitable for use in protein coating procedures on microtiter plates or plastic tubes. The tablets are formulated from chemicals of analytical quality. One tablet dissolved in 100 ml of deionized water yields: 0.05 M Sodium Carbonate-bicarbonate buffer, 0.05 % Sodium Azide (NaN3), pH 9.6 at 25°C. Tablets, Diameter: 10 mm. Stable for 3 years. Store at room temperature. Drop a magnetic stir bar in a standard laboratory bottle or a beaker and put it on the magnetic stirrer. Dissolve one tablet in 100 ml of deionized water. After a couple of minutes the solution is ready for use.
