BIOPHEN Heparin Anti-Xa (2 Stages)
For Research Use Only in the United States and Canada
Clotting, Deficient Plasmas, & Chromogenic Assays products are available worldwide
Chromogenic anti-Xa method for measuring homogeneously heparin in purified systems or in plasma using a two stage method. First, Factor Xa, in excess, is inhibited by heparin in presence of AT III, also in excess (and provided in the assay), then the residual Xa activity is measured by its activity on the specific substrate SXa-65.
