Optimized chromogenic assay for the measurement of Factor VIII:C activity in Factor VIII:C concentrates, using a chromogenic method, manual or automated. This assay measures Factor VIII:C with a similar reactivity whether concentrates are diluted in plasma or in buffer (patented).
