Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of full length Tissue Factor (TF, full length) in human plasma or purified milieu. The kit uses a biotin-streptavidin-HRP system to enhance greatly the sensitivity, thus permitting to detect TF concentration as low as 50 pg/mL.
