Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of C-Reactive Protein (low concentrations) with a high sensitivity assay designed with goat polyclonal antibodies for coating the microELISA plate (immunocapture), as well as preparing the Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) immunoconjugate.
