BIOPHEN™ Calibrator FVIIa is a six-level lyophilized calibration set for the HEMOCLOT™ Factor VIIa clotting assay — FVIIa-specific calibrators are required because activated FVIIa has a fundamentally different specific activity profile to zymogen FVII, making standard coagulation factor calibrators unsuitable.
BIOPHEN™ FVIIa Control Set (two levels) enables ongoing QC of the FVIIa assay in hemophilia treatment center settings. BIOPHEN™ FIXa Control Set (two levels) validates BIOPHEN™ FIXa chromogenic assay performance for FIXa research and anti-FIXa drug development programs.
