BIOPHEN™ DiXaI is a two-stage chromogenic anti-Xa assay specifically designed for quantitative measurement of direct Factor Xa inhibitors (DiXaIs) — rivaroxaban (Xarelto®), apixaban (Eliquis®), and edoxaban (Lixiana®) — in citrated human plasma.
This assay is specifically formulated for DiXaIs and is NOT suitable for heparin or fondaparinux measurement — use BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT for those analytes. Direct Xa inhibitor measurement requires drug-specific calibrators; standard heparin calibrators cannot be used.Standard range calibrators (0-500 ng/mL) and trough range calibrators (0-100 ng/mL) are available for all three drugs to support both peak and pre-dose trough monitoring. FDA 510(k) cleared and CE-IVD marked.
