ZYMUTEST™ HIA immunoassays from HYPHEN BioMed for the detection of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) antibodies targeting heparin/platelet factor 4 (PF4) complexes. ZYMUTEST™ HIA IgG is an IgG-specific ELISA that offers higher clinical specificity than pan-isotype assays — IgG antibodies are most strongly associated with the clinical HIT diagnosis and thrombotic complications (HITT).
ZYMUTEST™ HIA IgGAM is a pan-isotype ELISA detecting all antibody isotypes (IgG, IgA, IgM) for maximum screening sensitivity, capturing IgA- and IgM-only cases missed by IgG-specific assays.
