HYPHEN BioMed Light Transmission Aggregometry (LTA) agonist reagents for the complete platelet function diagnostic panel, validated on Stago, IL, and Sysmex coagulation analyzers.
ADP (0.1 umol) is the primary P2Y12 pathway agonist — screens for P2Y12 receptor defects, storage pool deficiency, and clopidogrel/ticagrelor antiplatelet effect.Arachidonic acid (7.5 umol) is the definitive COX-1 pathway test — abolished by aspirin, detects COX deficiency.
Collagen (0.5 mg) tests GPVI and GPIa-IIa collagen receptor pathways. Epinephrine (0.5 umol) detects mild secretion defects via absent secondary wave.
Ristocetin (7.5 mg) is used at high dose (1.5 mg/mL) for standard RIPA and at low dose (0.5 mg/mL) to reveal Type 2B vWD enhanced ristocetin sensitivity. All CE-IVD marked.
