Platelet function testing reagents from HYPHEN BioMed for Light Transmission Aggregometry (LTA) and von Willebrand factor Ristocetin Cofactor (vWF:RCo) assays.
LTA agonist reagents cover the complete diagnostic panel — ADP (P2Y1/P2Y12 pathway), collagen (GPVI/GPIa-IIa pathway), arachidonic acid (COX-1 pathway), epinephrine (alpha-2-adrenergic secondary wave), and ristocetin (vWF-dependent platelet agglutination for vWD screening and RIPA).
All agonist reagents are validated for use on major automated platelet aggregometers and are CE-IVD marked for clinical laboratory use. Lyophilized fixed platelets for vWF:RCo activity measurement are available for laboratories performing the reference vWF functional assay.
