LIAPHEN™ vWF:Ag is a liquid ready-to-use latex turbidimetric assay for vWF antigen — the primary first-line vWD screening test.
ZYMUTEST™ vWF:CBA measures von Willebrand factor collagen binding activity; a vWF:CBA/vWF:Ag ratio below 0.7 indicates a qualitative vWF defect and is diagnostic for Type 2A and 2B vWD, where high-molecular-weight multimers required for collagen binding are selectively absent.
Lyophilized fixed platelets support vWF Ristocetin Cofactor (vWF:RCo) activity measurement. Ristocetin aggregation reagents at high dose (standard RIPA) and low dose (Type 2B enhanced RIPA detection) complete the vWD workup.
