BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT anti-Xa chromogenic assays from HYPHEN BioMed for monitoring unfractionated heparin (UFH), low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), fondaparinux (Arixtra®), and danaparoid (Orgaran®) in citrated plasma.
The one-stage kinetics method uses a single calibration curve for UFH and LMWH, eliminating the need for separate standard curves. Available in 3 mL, 5 mL, and 7.5 mL liquid ready-to-use (LRT) formats.
BIOPHEN™ Heparin AT+ contains exogenous antithrombin for specimens with low endogenous AT, including AT-deficient patients or neonates. BIOPHEN™ Anti-IIa (2-stage) and Anti-Xa (2-stage) kits comply with USP Chapter 208 and Ph. Eur. Chapter 2.7.12 for pharmacopoeial heparin potency testing.
