Medicago's immuno reagent range covers the core detection and capture components required for standard immunoassay workflows.
Secondary antibody conjugates include anti-rabbit, anti-mouse, anti-goat, and anti-human IgG antibodies conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), Cy3, and biotin — produced in goat, rabbit, or donkey hosts for cross-adsorbed applications requiring low background on complex tissue samples. Streptavidin and avidin conjugates (HRP, AP, FITC, gold) are available for biotin-amplified detection systems.
Protein A and Protein G preparations are supplied for antibody capture, immunoprecipitation, and IgG purification.
Blocking reagents including BSA (multiple grades), casein solution, and normal serum preparations are available for ELISA and IHC background reduction.
