Global coagulation screening reagents from HYPHEN BioMed for the routine hemostasis testing panel — Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Prothrombin Time (PT/INR), fibrinogen by the von Clauss method, and Thrombin Time (TT).
CEPHEN™ liquid APTT reagents are available in low lupus anticoagulant sensitivity (standard) and high lupus anticoagulant sensitivity (LS) formats for ISTH-compliant lupus anticoagulant testing algorithms. PT-Phen™ LRT uses recombinant human thromboplastin for precise INR determination and VKA monitoring. FIBRIPHEN™ and FIBRIPHEN™ LRT provide functional fibrinogen quantification by the reference von Clauss clotting method.
All reagents are liquid ready-to-use (LRT) formats compatible with major automated coagulation analyzers including Stago, IL, and Sysmex platforms.
