BIOPHEN™ FIXa enables precise FIXa activity quantification for FIX concentrate potency research, anti-FIXa drug development, and contact activation pathway studies — FIXa is increasingly important as a target for next-generation anticoagulants.
BIOPHEN™ Factor XIa measures FXIa through a cascade amplification: FXIa activates FIX, FIXa activates FX, FXa cleaves the chromogenic substrate — providing high sensitivity for FXIa detection in research programs investigating FXI-targeted anticoagulation. Both assays include two-level control sets.
