Quality control plasmas for lupus anticoagulant (LA) testing per ISTH guidelines.
LA Positive Control Plasma combined kit provides both weak and high positive lyophilized QC plasmas for validating the sensitivity and specificity of LA detection across the full range of antibody concentrations encountered clinically.
Individual weak positive and high positive kits are also available for laboratories preferring separate QC levels.All control plasmas are validated for use with HEMOCLOT™ LA-S (dRVVT screen), HEMOCLOT™ LA-C (dRVVT confirm), and CEPHEN™ LS (lupus-sensitive APTT) assay systems. PT Calibrator Set (5-level, certified ISI value) is also available for laboratories requiring accurate INR calibration for VKA monitoring panels.
