HEMOCLOT™ Thrombin Inhibitors is the reference anti-IIa clotting assay for quantitative measurement of direct thrombin inhibitors (DTIs) — dabigatran (Pradaxa®), bivalirudin, and argatroban — in citrated human plasma.
BIOPHEN™ DTI provides a complementary chromogenic anti-IIa approach for dabigatran and bivalirudin.
Drug-specific calibrator sets (standard range 50-500 ng/mL and trough range 0-120 ng/mL) and QC plasmas are available for dabigatran and bivalirudin. Argatroban calibrators and controls are also available, optimized for the HEMOCLOT™ low-range protocol.
