Deficient and Inhibitor Plasmas

Immunodepleted factor-deficient substrate plasmas from 5-Diagnostics for one-stage clotting factor activity assays and coagulation pathway research. Factor-deficient plasmas serve as the assay substrate in one-stage (modified APTT or PT-based) clotting assays — the specific factor deficiency ensures that clot formation in the assay system is entirely dependent on the activity of the factor being measured in the test sample.

5-Diagnostics factor-deficient plasmas are produced by immunodepletion using specific affinity antibodies, achieving residual factor activity below 1% of normal — the threshold required for substrate specificity in one-stage assay systems.
