Drug-specific lyophilized plasma calibrators and quality control materials for rivaroxaban, apixaban, and edoxaban anti-Xa chromogenic assays.
Standard range calibrators cover the full therapeutic monitoring range (0-500 ng/mL for rivaroxaban and edoxaban; 0-600 ng/mL for apixaban). Trough range calibrators (0-100 ng/mL) are available for all three drugs for pre-dose trough concentration monitoring. Standard range QC plasmas (two levels) and trough range QC plasmas (two levels) are available for each drug.
All calibrators and controls are optimized for use with BIOPHEN™ DiXaI (ref. A221030) and BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT assay systems.
