para-Nitrophenyl Phosphate (pNPP) tablets, 20 mg per tablet, for alkaline phosphatase ELISA substrate preparation. SmartBuffers® format by Medicago AB. For research use. Available worldwide.

pNPP is the standard substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP)-conjugated antibody detection in ELISA assays. AP cleaves pNPP to release yellow p-nitrophenol, measured spectrophotometrically at 405 nm. The 20 mg/tablet format is suited for larger assay volumes or higher substrate concentration applications. Each pre-weighed tablet eliminates substrate weighing variability. Available in 24 and 100 tablet packs.
