LIAPHEN™ vWF:Ag is a latex turbidimetric immunoassay for von Willebrand Factor antigen quantification in citrated plasma. For vWD screening and classification — pair with vWF:RCo (functional) to calculate vWF:RCo/vWF:Ag ratio: ratio <0.7 suggests qualitative vWF defect (Type 2 vWD). Automated on Sysmex CA/CS/CN analyzers. CE-IVD.

Product Characteristics

  • Each kit contains enough reagents for approximately 4 x 60 tests (manual method).
  • Calibrators and controls are not included.
  • Dilution buffer (Imadazole Buffer, Ref AR021A, AR021K, or AR021L) must be ordered separately.
