Latex turbidimetric immunoassay for von Willebrand factor antigen (vWF:Ag) in citrated plasma. Liquid ready-to-use. CE-IVD.

vWF:Ag is the primary screening test for von Willebrand disease (vWD) and for vWF monitoring in patients with Type 1 vWD, carriers, during pregnancy, and pre-operatively. For complete vWD characterization, use with ZYMUTEST™ vWF:CBA (RK038A).

  • Fully automatable on coagulation analyzers
  • Liquid ready-to-use, 4 × 5 mL (R1) + 4 × 6 mL (R2)

Product Characteristics

  • Each kit contains enough reagents for approximately 4 x 60 tests (manual method).
  • Calibrators and controls are not included.
  • Dilution buffer (Imadazole Buffer, Ref AR021A, AR021K, or AR021L) must be ordered separately.
