BIOPHEN™ Factor XIa is a chromogenic assay measuring activated Factor XI (FXIa) activity through a cascade: FXIa activates FIX → FIXa activates FX → FXa cleaves chromogenic substrate. Components: R1A+R1B (purified FIX + CaCl₂ + phospholipids), R2 (FXa chromogenic substrate), R3 (purified FX), R4 (buffer). Calibrator included (2x2 mL). Control Set available (224801).
