BIOPHEN™ Anti-Xa (2 Stages) is a Pharmacopoeia-compliant (USP/EP) two-stage chromogenic anti-Xa method for measuring heparin activity (UFH or LMWH) with a constant amount of exogenous AT. For testing heparin in human citrated plasma or purified solutions (pharmaceutical QC). Calibrate with UFH Calibrator (222301) or LMWH Calibrator (222001). RUO.
