Product Description

Two-stage chromogenic anti-Xa method for measuring heparin activity (UFH or LMWH) in the presence of a constant amount of antithrombin (AT), in compliance with pharmacopoeias. For heparin testing in human citrated plasma or purified solutions.

Meets USP and European Pharmacopoeia (EP) requirements for heparin potency testing.

  • Two-stage method: Factor Xa inhibited by heparin + AT; residual FXa measured by substrate SXa-11
  • Validated for pharmacopoeia compliance testing of heparin raw materials
