BIOPHEN™ Heparin (AT+) is a kinetics anti-Xa chromogenic assay with EXOGENOUS antithrombin (AT) supplement added to the reagent. Designed for patients with low endogenous AT levels — including neonates, liver disease, DIC, nephrotic syndrome, and AT deficiency — where standard anti-Xa assays (which rely on patient AT) may underestimate true heparin concentration. The added AT ensures complete heparin-AT complex formation regardless of patient AT status. Measures UFH, LMWH, fondaparinux, danaparoďd. Compatible calibrators: UFH (222301), LMWH (222001), ArixtraŽ (222501). RUO. 2x7.5 mL.
