One-stage, kinetics anti-Xa chromogenic assay for the measurement of unfractionated heparin (UFH), low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), and their analogues — including Arixtra® (Fondaparinux) and Orgaran® (Sodium Danaparoïd) — in human citrated plasma.

Also validated for direct Factor Xa inhibitors: Apixaban (Eliquis®), Rivaroxaban (Xarelto®), and Edoxaban (Lixiana®) using dedicated drug-specific calibrators. All analytes measured from a single reagent kit with dedicated calibrator plasma sets.
