Lyophilized plasmas, at defined Apixaban concentrations (3 levels of about 0 to 100 ng/mL), as measured with BIOPHEN™ DiXal (Ref A221030-CAN) or BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT (Ref A221011-CAN, A221013-CAN and A221015-CAN), for the calibration of Apixaban measurements using anti-Xa chromogenic assays.

Product Characteristics

  • Normal human plasma, freeze dried, with Apixaban, at three different concentrations.
  • High stability following reconstitution.
  • These calibrators have Apixaban concentrations accurately established against an Internal Standard for Apixaban, with concentrations exactly determined using a reference LC-MS method.
