CS-11(32) is cleaved by Factor Xa, releasing pNA measured at 405 nm. It is the reference substrate for chromogenic anti-Xa heparin assays, DOAC quantification research, and anti-Xa inhibitor characterization. This substrate is the core component of BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT and DiXaI anti-Xa systems.
