Chromogenic substrate for the measurement of Kallikrein activity. 5-CHROM-02 is a synthetic peptide substrate that is cleaved by Kallikrein to release a chromophore (pNA), enabling quantitative measurement via spectrophotometry. Suitable for use in chromogenic assays for Kallikrein, Prekallikrein activator determination, and related enzyme kinetic studies.
