Chromogenic substrate for the measurement of Urokinase (uPA) activity. 5-CHROM-44 is a synthetic peptide substrate cleaved by Urokinase to release pNA chromophore, enabling spectrophotometric quantification. Used in fibrinolysis assays, Plasminogen Activator studies, and enzyme kinetic analyses.
