Product DescriptionLyophilized positive control plasma for the NAPTT (Neonatal Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time) assay. Contains approximately 10 mIU/mL Factor IXa. Research use. The NAPTT is a specialized aPTT-based assay designed to detect activated Factor IXa in Factor IX concentrates — a critical safety parameter in FIX concentrate manufacturing. This low-level control (~10 mIU/mL FIXa) validates NAPTT reagent sensitivity at the lower detection limit of the assay. For NAPTT method validation and quality assurance research in FIX concentrate testing.
