ADP reagent for Light Transmission Aggregometry (LTA) platelet function testing. 3x0.1 µmol. Primary platelet agonist. Screens for P2Y12 pathway defects (e.g., inherited P2Y12 deficiency, storage pool deficiency). Also detects GPIIb/IIIa effector defects (including Glanzmann thrombasthenia — absent aggregation to all agonists via shared GPIIb/IIIa convergence). Assesses clopidogrel (Plavix®) and ticagrelor response — ADP hyporesponsiveness suggests effective P2Y12 inhibition. CE-IVD.
