Concentrated buffer for preparation of working dilution buffer in chromogenic anti-Xa assays. PEG6000 stabilizes the assay mixture and reduces non-specific enzyme-surface interactions; EDTA chelates divalent cations to maintain calcium-free conditions during substrate incubation. Dilute 1:10 to working concentration before use.
