Product DescriptionFor Research Use Only. Not for Use in Diagnostic Procedures. Lyophilized human citrated plasma immunodepleted for Prothrombin (Factor II). Residual FII activity <1%. 6 × 1 mL economy pack. Substrate for one-stage FII clotting activity assays — used in combination with PT reagent (PT-Phen™). The absence of FII causes prolonged clotting time proportional to FII content in the test sample, enabling quantitative FII measurement. All other coagulation factors remain within normal physiological range. Economy 6-vial pack for higher-volume testing programs.
