Lyophilized human citrated plasma immunodepleted for Protein C (PC). Residual PC activity <1%. 6 × 1 mL. Research use only.

Substrate for clotting-based Protein C activity assays and APC resistance testing research. Protein C is the key vitamin K-dependent anticoagulant. PC-deficient plasma is required as the substrate plasma in HEMOCLOT™ Protein C and is used in APC resistance assay research. All other coagulation proteins remain within normal physiological range to avoid confounding factor assay results.
