Optimized liquid exposure medium formulated specifically for E. coli WP2 strains (uvrA, [pKM101], uvrA [pKM101]). E. coli WP2 strains detect base-pair substitution mutagens and are required for comprehensive regulatory compliance per OECD 471 and ICH S2(R1). This medium is distinct from the Salmonella exposure medium and must not be substituted between strain types.
