ELISA for free Protein S (the activated Protein C cofactor) quantification in citrated plasma. CE-IVD.

For Type III Protein S deficiency diagnosis — normal total PS but reduced free PS. 96-test plate format. For complete PS workup, use with LIAPHEN™ Free Protein S (latex assay) or HEMOCLOT™ Protein S (activity assay).

  • Dynamic Range: 5 to about 130%
  • Detection Threshold ≤ 5%
  • Intra-assay CV: ≤ 6% (for samples of normal plasma
    ≤ 8% (for samples of abnormal plasma)
  • Inter-assay CV: ≤ 10%
  • No significant interference of heparin up to 2 IU/mL, of bilirubin up to 0.1 mg/mL, of haemoglobin up to 10 mg/mL, of DOACs up to 400 ng/mL
