ELISA for Factor X (FX) antigen quantification in human plasma. 96-test microplate format. Research use only.

Immunological FX measurement classifies Factor X deficiency as Type I (reduced antigen and activity) or Type II (normal antigen, reduced activity). FX deficiency is also characteristic of AL amyloidosis, where FX is adsorbed by amyloid fibrils — a diagnostically significant finding in amyloid-related coagulopathy research.
