ELISA for total Tissue Factor (TF) antigen — measures all TF forms including cell-bound and soluble. 96-test kit. Research use only.

Unlike ZYMUTEST™ FL-TF (RK035A) which detects only full-length TF, this assay captures total TF antigen. Does NOT recognize alternatively spliced TF (asTF). Used in comprehensive TF biology research where all TF isoforms are of interest, including microparticle-associated and soluble TF in plasma and cell culture supernatants.
