MacroAmes1 Penta 3 is a ready-to-use traditional 5-strain Ames mutagenicity test kit in Petri dish format — without minimal glucose plates (sold separately as AS02-390-MG). 2-sample complete kit.

Includes 5 regulatory tester strains (TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537, and TA97a) plus PB/BN-induced rat liver S9, positive controls, and soft agar overlays for full OECD TG 471 and ICH S2(R1) strain coverage.
