ZYMUTEST™ HIA IgG — the IgG-specific anti-PF4/heparin antibody ELISA for heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) antibody testing, and the only FDA 510(k)-cleared (K071255) IgG-specific HIT ELISA in the US (also CE-IVD). Available in 96-test and 32-test MonoStrip formats with a built-in heparin-inhibition confirmation step and approximately 90% specificity. Detection of heparin-dependent antibodies does not by itself confirm HIT; it is interpreted with clinical findings and, when indicated, a functional assay, and the test is intended for HIT, not VITT.
