Drug-specific lyophilized plasma calibrator sets for direct Factor Xa inhibitor monitoring by anti-Xa chromogenic assay.
Standard range calibrators for rivaroxaban (0-500 ng/mL), apixaban (0-600 ng/mL), and edoxaban (0-500 ng/mL) cover peak concentration monitoring. Trough range calibrators (0-100 ng/mL for all three drugs) support pre-dose trough monitoring where low-concentration sensitivity is critical for clinical decision making.
All calibrators are validated for use with BIOPHEN™ DiXaI (two-stage, DiXaI-specific) and BIOPHEN™ Heparin LRT (one-stage, multi-anticoagulant) assay systems.
Drug-specific calibrators are mandatory — standard heparin calibrators produce clinically inaccurate results with direct Xa inhibitors.
