PT-Phen™ LRT is a liquid ready-to-use prothrombin time (PT) reagent from HYPHEN BioMed using recombinant human thromboplastin for PT/INR/% determination on automated coagulation analyzers. The PT explores the extrinsic coagulation pathway — Factor VII, Factor X, Factor V, Factor II (prothrombin), and fibrinogen — and is the standard test for vitamin K antagonist (VKA/warfarin) therapy monitoring via INR.
PT-Phen™ LRT is available in 5 mL and 20 mL bulk formats for all analyzer throughput levels. Calibrate with BIOPHEN™ Plasma Calibrator (18-analyte) or the simplified EASYPLASMA™ Calibrator for PT/fibrinogen-only panels.
