HEMOCLOT™ Thrombin Inhibitors (TI) is a clotting-based assay for quantitative measurement of direct thrombin inhibitors in citrated plasma: dabigatran (Pradaxa®), argatroban (Argatroban®), and bivalirudin (Angiomax®). Method: diluted patient plasma + highly purified human ?-thrombin ? clotting time is proportional to DTI concentration. For therapeutic drug monitoring, pre-surgical assessment, and emergency quantification. Calibrate with drug-specific calibrators: Dabigatran (222801), Argatroban (222901), Bivalirudin (222901). Controls: DTI Control (SC030K), Dabigatran Control (224701/225001). NOTE: Corrected from previous listing — bivalirudin, not hirudin. CE-IVD. 3x1 mL.
